Thank you for your interest in Liz Diamond Photography ~
I take pictures, ultimately, because it is so much fun! Behind the camera I am fully alive, poised in a state of heightened awareness for the next photo-worthy instant. My goal is to capture moments that most capture me: thousands of tulips shimmering in the Boston Public Garden, my mother nose-to-nose with her
great-granddaughter, or my orchid plant blooming robustly on a frigid Boston
morning.
My father was a wonderful photographer and photo historian for our family.
My own passion for photography really took off somewhere in my thirties when I first noticed spring. Since then my love for taking photographs has propelled me to take classes and workshops at New England School of Photography, Boston Center for Adult Education, Nikon, and to learn from Boston area photographers Ian Murray and Larry Osgood.
It is enormously satisfying to photograph the beauty of the seasons and to capture the indelible moments of special events of family, friends and clients.
I hope you find some gems you enjoy!
